SPORT EVENT MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS
Accreditation System (ACS) accomodates the registration of all involved personnel and guests, including athletes, staff, volunteers, media, and other games participants.
The accreditation functions include accurate process for registering, authentication, credential checking, identification badges production, reaccreditation and access control information with reporting capabilities.
On-Venue Results System (OVR)
Prosense Systems provides a full On Venue Result System (OVRS) service.This is the key service for all sports events. Accuracy, competence and knowledge are essential skills to perfectly master the OVRS service, it provides the following features, in general:
- Retrival and modification on the biographical information of the sports entry (athletes, sports officials, judges) from ACR.
- Automatically generate the competition structure.
- Allows to define the sport schedule.
- Generates the start lists according to the rules and allows the configuration of the matches.
- Automatically captures the results from the timing/scoring devices, as well as allowing manual modification or data entry.
- Calculates all the rankings, classifications, records and medals.
- Generates result printouts and send them to the local printers for the referees’s verification.
- Sends all this information to the other systems
- Interfaces with scoreboard screens.
- Updates central and venue databases.
- Sends report fies to the Print Distribution System.
- Intefaces with TV graphics.
- Interfaces with RTDS.
- CIS (Commentator information System).
Central Results System
Entry information updated and managed by sports department will be updated in real time to INFO/INTERNET System (via the use of replication agent).
Event Results Integration
Game results generated from OVRS are transferred to IIS in real-time via data-feed server and CRS.
CRS Monitoring and Check For each sport, it monitrs the status of the connection and checks the conformity of the data between OVRS and INFO/INTERNET
